As part of our commitment to sustainable and efficient construction, we collaborated with the Hellenic Passive House Institute (HPHI) on a specialized energy performance study. The objective was to compare two conventional buildings—a multi-family residential building and a single-family house, both classified as Energy Class A according to the Building Energy Performance Regulation (REPB) standards—with the same buildings after the installation of modern insulation systems and energy-efficient window solutions from Thermoplastiki.
The results demonstrated that advanced window systems and insulation solutions significantly reduced heat losses, improved energy performance, and created a more comfortable and healthier indoor environment.
Up to 44% Annual Savings on Heating Costs
The study revealed that the apartment building equipped with Thermoplastiki windows and insulation achieved annual heating cost savings of up to 44%, while the single-family house achieved savings of up to 40%.
